Tax Trails - Are You Subject to the Limits on Itemized Deductions?

The limits on personal exemptions and overall itemized deductions ended with Tax Year 2009. For Tax Year 2010 and years thereafter, you will no longer lose part of your deduction for personal exemptions and itemized deductions, regardless of the amount of your adjusted gross income (AGI).
